1. Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (including packaging, tags, manuals, and any accessories).
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt, must be provided.
  • Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
    • Personal care items (makeup, skincare, beauty products).
    • Intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, swimsuits).
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Digital goods (ebooks, downloads), gift cards, and promotional items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email our Customer Support team at support@dailyshopperz.online within the 14-day window. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name(s)
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide:
    • A return shipping address
    • Packaging guidelines
    • Any return authorization number or label (if required)
  3. Ship the Item
    Repackage the product securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping—unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection & Approval
    Once received, we inspect the returned item for eligibility. We’ll contact you if we need more details.
  5. Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
    If approved, you may choose:
    • A full refund
    • An exchange (subject to stock availability)
    • Store credit for future purchases
      Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

3. Refund Processing Timeframes

Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking / Wallets / UPI: 3–7 business days
  • International Methods (e.g., PayPal): 7–14 business days

Please note: Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to availability:

  • Specify desired replacement (size, color, style) in your return request.
  • If out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
  • Additional shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the case.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@dailyshopperz.online with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will:
    • Arrange for a free replacement, or
    • Process a full refund, including shipping costs

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement only if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipment begins, cancellations are no longer possible—returns must be initiated after delivery.
  • If canceled in time, you will receive a complete refund.

7. Store Credit

As an alternative to refunds, store credit may be offered, especially for items returned due to change of mind:

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issuance date.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Expired credits cannot be reissued or extended.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return results from our error, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable courier and retaining proof of shipment, as DailyShopperz.online is not liable for items lost in transit.


9. Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in these circumstances:

  • Items show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.
  • Return requests are made after the 14-day window.
  • Items lack original packaging or accessories.
  • Products were bought during clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Unauthorized or improperly packed returns arrive damaged.
